Team
I’m learning alot about leading a team or how I am not so strong of a leader sometimes. I noticed today in a meeting that we met, I reiterated the purpose for folks to focus. They proceeded to go on tangents and meander through various sheets to discuss various things. I realized at some point, managers have to just make a decision, make the team move on. We have alot of strong personalities on the team, alot of them jockeying for projects, attention, leadership. I think all great things. What does occur, occasionally, is that they need an even stronger personality to corral them in. A strong presence, vision and voice is needed. Not bad things to possess. Not a bad thing to practice.
